Homeowners are beng served with notices that require compliance or else a $25 per day fine will commence and the fine exists as a lien against the owner's property...

In the wake of the Abramoff, there seems to be quite a bit more exposure. If you aren't already familiar, you might want to check out a website around for a while, that discloses a number of other "oily" connections. Is it a surprise, now that the truth is getting out there, alternative fuels are beginning to see the ligth of day...could that be the key to property rights control...duh?!
What constitutes a "commercial" vehicle in my Homeowners Association? Whatever the Homeowner Association says. Want to buy a home in a HOA? Get yourself a lawyer first. You'll need one! And don't sign anything until you've read it thoroughly.
In todays Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC), there was finally a telling story, albeit brief and not GA based of the unquestionable destruction of our country and culture rooted in the pervailing role of lawyers in our courts and alleged "judiciary"!
